We exclusively use premium, full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from sustainable tanneries in Tuscany. This process ensures durability and allows each piece to develop a unique patina over time.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We also offer express shipping options via DHL or FedEx, which usually arrive within 2-4 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Republic of Florence products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my leather bag?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heavy rain; if it gets wet, wipe it with a soft dry cloth immediately.
